The School Anthem
From the 1st of April 1965 it was approved to rename St. John’s Girls school as Samudradevi Balika Vidyalaya. Alone with the renaming the new school anthem was introduced which was written by Mr. Sri Chandrarathna Manawasinghe and composed by Mr. Sadananda Pattiarachhci.
